I recently visited Westchester Dental Group for a cleaning and had a very positive experience. The young lady working in the back right area of the office was especially helpful, professional, super pleasant. The rest of staff were also friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout my visit. My dental hygienist was honest, knowledgeable, and did an excellent job with the cleaning. Based on that experience, I decided to take a chance and schedule Zoom whitening as well, and I was pleased with the results. The dentist was professional, straightforward, knowledgeable, and took time to explain everything clearly. I appreciated his honesty and quality of care provided by his entire team. Marilyn Velazquez is an exceptional operations manager who keeps the office running smoothly and efficiently. She is professional, organized, and always welcoming to patients. Marilyn goes above and beyond to help with scheduling, insurance questions, and making sure every visit feels stress-free. Her attention to detail and genuine care for both patients and staff truly stand out. The dental office is fortunate to have someone so dedicated and compassionate leading operations. The rest of the team also matches her energy in proficiency. I recently transferred from a private dental office, thinking that I was going to receive a downgrade by going to a dental office that is within my network. I was definitely wrong and if anything, this new office is much more of an upgrade than my old private dentist who cost an arm, a leg and preferably a tooth.

This was one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had with a dentist. I highly recommend comparing opinions with another dentist before agreeing to expensive or major procedures. Bring someone you trust with you if possible when making important dental decisions. The dentist spent maybe 5–10 minutes with me and immediately pushed for extreme treatment, including removing 3 teeth. I left the office devastated. There was no compassion, no effort to explain things properly, and it honestly felt more like a sales consultation than dental care. They even had someone come in to discuss financing options right away. Thankfully, I got a second opinion from another dentist, and it turned out to be only a small cavity that did not need major work or removal. I’m very glad I found out soon before going through unnecessary procedures. That experience completely changed how I felt about this office and honestly made me feel very uncomfortable and pressured. This place has completely changed. I personally did not find the front desk staff very welcoming or compassionate, and in my experience, I felt there was a stronger focus on costly treatment options. Dental Group of Westchester is very professional. This was my first visit and they explained everything that they were doing and going to be doing. Glad I did my research and found them. They have a forever client!

Wonderful caring professional and knowledgeable MD. Makes a personal connection with her patients so she can provide them with the best possible care. Very aware of other conditions such as Early Onset Alzheimer’s, Dementia, etc. and has experience working with those conditions.
